Jayne Watson

Jayne has been in the fitness industry for 18 years. She has attained many certifications in Personal Training, Group Exercise, Nutrition, Spin and Fun. OK, maybe not a certification in fun, but boy, if Jayne is involved, fun is going to be had.   In 2004,  Jayne & family moved to Hermosa Beach, Ca. After a small set back she was advised to take time off of all activities but walking on the beach and meditation. Having fitness in her blood she went back to all activities after a few years. During this time, Jayne’s and Colin stumbled across a fat loss secret that had been kept hidden for more than 60 years. She lost around 20 pounds and Colin, lost 44 pounds in 37 days. The original protocol forbids all exercise except walking. After completing the protocol the first time and having a core belief that diet and exercise work, we decided to experiment adding in different types of workouts. The results were undeniable. This was the beginning of the creation of HCG Body for Life. Jayne has written two recipe books, co-created workout video’s and customized meal plans to follow for the HCG protocol. According to Jayne, there is NO other FAT B GONE method that works as well and as fast as the HCG Body for Life protocol. Remember “Life is a Journey, not a Diet.”
