What Happens Once I Submit My Order?
One of our contracted vendors will review the information you have submitted and either approve or decline your request. If approved, your order will be forwarded to the shipping department for processing.
You can check status of your order within 72 hours of placing your order by sending an email to the corresponding customer support email addresses:

Once I place my order how long before it is shipped?
Our normal delivery times are up to 10 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS.
Please Note: ALL credit card payment are processed manually by the end of business each day. Your order status will say “Payment Pending” until the payment has been processed successfully.
Once your order has been approved, your order status will change from pending to processing.
If by chance your credit card or E-check is declined your order status will be changed to “FAIL” which means you’ll need to contact us or re-submit your order.
Please allow 21 days for International Shipments ONLY.
There are times when conditions beyond our control prevent us from holding to our normal shipping schedule.
If this is the case you will be notified.
The majority of the time you can expect your order to be shipped according to our regular schedule.
What Are Your Shipping Rates?
All packages are shipped via Priority Mail.
Our shipping rates vary by shipping warehouse.
Shipping from our offshore pharmacy is a $21 flat rate worldwide for up to 10 vials of HCG or up to 7 ampules of B-12.
Shipping charges within the US is $7.90-$21 flat rate for complete kits and HCG mixing supplies, and up to $70 for International customers.
We do not accept returns of used or open products.
We also guarantee if you follow the protocol exactly as directed in our written materials and videos ONLY, you will get the results you seek.
Our guarantee does not cover following any other protocol or instructions, foods or recipes, not found within our written materials.
In order for your guarantee to be in effect, you will need to show documented proof that you actually followed the protocol by submitting your food and weight loss journals along with dated photos of weekly weigh-in and beginning and end weights within 14 days of receiving your package.
You also must contact us for help with your diet plan within this same time-frame in order for us to help you get back on track.
All physical and written material must be returned in original condition.
If it is determined that in this rare case that the diet failed to render results through no fault of your own. You may be entitled to a full refund of your sales price less shipping and handling.
