Once I place my order how long before it is shipped?
Our normal delivery times are up to 10 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS. Please Note: ALL credit card payments are sometimes required to be processed manually by the end of business each day. Your order status will say
"Payment Pending" until the payment has been processed successfully.
Once your order has been approved, your order status will change from pending to processing. If by chance your credit card or E-check is declined your order status will be changed to "FAIL" or "CANCELLED" which means you'll need to contact us or re-submit your order.
Please allow 21 days for International Shipments ONLY. There are times when conditions beyond our control prevent us from holding to our normal shipping schedule.
If this is the case you will be notified. The majority of the time you can expect your order to be shipped according to our regular schedule.
