A Diet Plan For Fast Weight Loss
If you are interested in the losing weight fast, or if you have a friend or relative interested in doing a scientifically proven rapid fat loss plan, here’s a few tips on how to implement the advanced HCG diet plan.
This post is more for those interested in doing the protocol and need a little inspiration. But it might also answer a few questions and get you motivated.
It’s a gutsy diet for those of you who want to lose weight super fast, and keep it off once and for all. I’ve had a lot of people write me this past week with questions about my plan, and want to know what happens if they deviate from the diet plan. The answer, it can be incredibly discouraging if you don’t lose every day. Losing weight every single day is the norm if you follow the protocol to-the-letter. You should lose at least 1/4 to 1.5 pounds per day. The first weeks numbers are even better.
If you’re following the diet closely and as precisely as possible occasionally you may not lose weight for a day or two. This is mostly because your body has emptied fat cells that can temporarily be refilled with water. In the original manuscript Pounds and Inches by Dr. ATW Simeons. He states “there may be days that one loses inches, but the scale stays the same. This is because your body is absorbing old skin and blood vessels.”
Although Dr. Simeons, protocol laid the groundwork for producing one of the most effective fat loss protocol seen in modern times. It still needed a few modifications to be equally as effective today. I strongly suggest when if you want to achieve HCG diet success, you start out following the NEW advanced HCG diet protocol As closely as you can.
For me, I know that I have lost a lot of time trying things that didn’t work. I know how hard it is. If you want to lose weight quickly for a special event, to finally get healthy, or because you need the psychological boost to lose weight fast, it is terrific protocol.
But know in advance that this is one diet that is not very “forgiving” if you cheat or deviate even a little.Breakfast should start off very light and get your day going on the right track as you’ll have your main meals for lunch and dinner. Here’s my breakfast:
Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar.
Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours.
Stevia may be used.1. 150 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. (See Protein Chart) All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw.
It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish are not allowed. The
chicken breast must be removed from the bird.
2. Any combination of these types of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini.
3. One breadstick (grissini) or one Melba toast.
(Recommend removing grissini bread sticks or Melba from your advanced HCG diet protocol)
4. An apple or a handful of strawberries or one-half grapefruit. The same four choices as lunch. The juice of one to two lemon daily is allowed for all purposes. Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram, etc., may be used for seasoning, coconut oils, MTC oil, but no other oils, butter or dressing.
In addition to the meal for dinner, tea, coffee, plain water, or mineral water are the only drinks allowed, but they may be taken in any quantity and at all times. In fact, the participant should drink one-half their body weight in ounces of water or one gallon per day whichever is less. Many participants are afraid to drink the required water intake because they fear that this may cause them to retain more water. This notion is wrong, as the body is more inclined to store water when the intake falls below its normal requirements.
The fruit or the breadstick may be eaten between meals instead of with lunch or dinner, but not more than four items listed for lunch and dinner may be eaten at one meal. I hope this helps for those who don’t have not discovered the advanced HCG protocol.
Many dieters find that the melba toast does help me with having a little crunch in their menu, however, be careful, not to eat more than prescribed in the diet protocol. You may not lose as quickly eating the breadstick or Melba toast, but some of you still may choose to add them to your diet menu. But consider yourself warned…
