Our exclusive protocol raises your daily caloric intake from Dr. Simeon’s original 500 calorie per day regimen to 800 calories per day. One reason we raised the daily minimum is to help give your body the energy it needs to work out and exercise. With exercise, your body burns more fat daily, builds muscle and turns your body into a fat burning furnace.
