When it comes time to start the HCG diet, we suggest getting a some extra supplements you’ll need to make the most of your efforts and your weight loss. Some of these are kitchen staples, while others are extras you’ll want to look for before getting started. We suggest getting all of the diet supplements and tools you need before you get started. Tracking your progress and getting new habits formed early will help you make changes throughout the diet and spot any changes you need to make to keep progress moving forward during stalls or stubborn moments in the diet.
Unlike most HCG diet coaches and protocols, we recommend working on our the Advanced HCG Diet. Our exclusive protocol raises your daily caloric intake from Dr. Simeon’s original 500 calorie per day regimen to 800 calories per day. One reason we raised the daily minimum is to help give your body the energy it needs to work out and exercise. With exercise, your body burns more fat daily, builds muscle and turns your body into a fat burning furnace.
When you begin working out, you need to maximize your nutritional needs with these basic vitamins and supplements.
Calcium – bone health
Multivitamin
L-Carnitine – helps with fat metabolism and adrenal health
Vitamin D – immune support
CoQ10 – heart and muscle growth
B12 – energy and mental clarity
Vitamin E – skin, nails, fat loss
Supplements are required but Jayne and I have certainly noticed the huge difference in how we feel while on the protocol, not to mention how much faster we lose weight while on the diet. Before you start any new diet or supplement program, talk to your doctor to make sure nothing interacts with your current medications.

According to studies, adding 1 or 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to your diet can help you lose weight. It can also reduce your body fat percentage, make you lose belly fat and decrease your blood triglycerides. This is one of a few human studies that have investigated vinegar’s effects on weight loss.
Apple cider vinegar is made from fermented apples, and its main active ingredient is acetic acid.
THE MIRACLE OF ACV:
Acetic acid is the reason for ACV’s rise to fame as a wellness darling. Animal studies point to tons of its benefits:
Lowers blood sugar: A 2005 study on rats showed that acetic acid improved the capacity of the liver and muscles to take in sugar from the blood.
Decreases insulin levels: That same study found that acetic acid decreased the ratio of insulin to glucagon.
Boosts metabolism: A 2006 study on mice showed that exposure to acetic acid increased certain enzyme levels and increased fat burning.
Suppresses appetite: A 2014 study found that acetate might help suppress the parts of your brain that control your appetite.
Reduces fat storage: Research in 2016 found that treatment with acetic acid or acetate prevented rats with high body weight and diabetes from gaining weight.
Burns body fat: In a 2009 study, researchers fed mice a high-fat diet supplemented with acetic acid and saw an increase in genes that facilitate fat burning.
A few weeks ago I was asked to consider a compelling thought process by my spiritual adviser.
I was asked this very question. “Would you be open to the concept that you have created every aspect of your life that you feel is not working for you,” I asked Steve to clarify what he meant.
If you don’t like how your wife speaks to you, you created that.
If your business isn’t running like a well-oiled machine and isn’t as profitable as you’d like, you created that.
If your relationships with your children, family members, friends, customers are not flourishing, you created that.
If you don’t like the way you look and feel, you created that.
He went on and on covering every complaint I have uttered about my life during our past sessions and ask me one last question…
DO YOU WANT A BETTER, HAPPIER, HEALTHIER MORE LOVING LIFE?
ARE YOU WILL TO TAKE ON A TASK THAT WILL LEAD YOU TO THE LIFE YOU SO RICHLY DESERVE?
I answered YES,
Steve then ask me what part of my life did I want to work on first, and without hesitation, I said my relationship with my fantastic wife, Jayne.
So he asked me to write an amends letter to Jayne, apologizing to her for anything and everything I’ve done to create what was missing from our marriage, relationship, and friendship that had changed from when we first started dating.
So I had to go back to the beginning more than 17 years ago all the way to present day.
The exercise was very powerful, it often brought me to tears, and what happened next I will share with you live in the podcast.
Namaste,
The light in me sees, meets and greets the amazing light in you.
Are you looking to make changes to your body? Maybe you want to put on extra muscle, or you want to lose weight quickly? Many people turn to either HGH, human growth hormone, or HCG, human chorionic gonadotropin. But what are these hormones? And what do they do?
Human growth hormone and human chorionic gonadotropin are both hormones, and they both trigger your body to produce results in different ways. If you have wondered which one is better, HGH vs. HCG, you are not alone. Depending on the results you want to see, read below to check out both HGH and HCG and decide if one is right for you.
What is HCG?
HCG, or human chorionic gonadotropin is present in females and males. It is best known as the “pregnancy hormone,” so it is usually associated only with women. However, in men, HCG is responsible for testosterone production.
During pregnancy, human chorionic gonadotropin is responsible for providing nutrients and protection to the growing embryo, then the fetus. After conception, a female’s body begins producing HCG at a rapid rate, increasing drastically daily.
Home pregnancy tests detect this hormone in urine to confirm a pregnancy. If a woman’s body is unable to produce enough nutrients for the growing fetus, HCG allows the fetus to take nutrients directly from the mother’s fat stores.
Human chorionic gonadotropin can be similarly used for weight loss to this phenomenon from pregnancy. When given in a small dose, HCG encourages your body to use stored fat for energy. There are multiple benefits of using HCG including rapid weight loss, appetite control, enhanced energy, and improved metabolic output, helping you to lose weight quickly.
HCG is an option that both men and women who wish to lose weight should consider, in particular women going through menopause or adults suffering from disorders like hypothyroidism. However, there are known side-effects of taking HCG. Many who have taken this hormone have noticed an increase in headaches, fatigue, restlessness, or enlarged breasts in men. Allergic reactions to HCG have been documented.
What is HGH?
HGH, or human growth hormone, is present in males and females, similar to HCG. HGH levels rise during puberty and hit their peak, and then they decrease over time with age. By the time you are in your thirties your HGH levels are half of what they were when you were going through puberty.
Human growth hormone, produced in the pituitary gland controls many things. From metabolism to sleep to immune function to muscle growth to sex drive, your body is reliant on HGH for normal function. As you age and HGH decreases, you notice many signs of aging in your body.
By adding HGH into your daily regimen, you may be able to counteract many usual aging symptoms you see. You can increase energy, experience better sleep, more satisfying sex, and even stay healthier and avoid seasonal sickness.
Many benefits have been attributed to adding human growth hormone into your daily regimen. Those who take HGH have noticed an increase in energy, better muscle tone, more restful sleep, better sex life, and increased sex drive, less skin wrinkling and skin changes with age, and increased immune function.
However, there may be adverse effects of taking HGH. Some who take this hormone notice joint pain, high blood pressure, fluid retention, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Some men have noticed an increase in breast tissue, as well. Any of these issues can affect your daily life and are worth considering.
Ways to Take HCG and HGH?
In the past, both HGH and HCG required a series of doctors appointments and tests to determine the correct amount and regimen to get the best results. However, there are other options today.
The first step in deciding how to take HGH or HCG is to determine what results you want to see. If you are looking to see an improved quality of life with better sleep, more energy, better muscle tone, and a more productive metabolism as you age, human growth hormone might be the best starting option.
To encourage weight loss with human chorionic gonadotropin, use is generally medically supervised. After seeing or speaking with a medical professional to be sure you are a good candidate and healthy enough, you will be prescribed an amount of HCG to take daily alongside and extremely limited caloric diet.
The combination of HCG and limited calories encourages your body to burn stores of fat. Traditionally, HCG is taken via injection or through drops placed under your tongue.
If your goal is more energy, better sleep, and increased metabolism, human growth hormone is an option you should consider. Thankfully, there is a system that is easy to use and has seen great results. The Gel is a supplement that allows HGH to be taken transdermally. It is homeopathic and available without a prescription.
If you have thought, “which is right, HGH vs. HCG,” you are not alone. Both human chorionic gonadotropin and human growth hormone can be incredibly beneficial to take. The vast majority of users notice great to improvements to their quality of life.
These hormones are not for everyone, so it is critical you ensure you are in good enough health to take either of these supplements. But if you decide human growth hormone is something you want to try, consider HCG and The HGH Gel their both quite amazing and can produce incredible results. Try some today and start seeing results soon!
“Lose 20 pounds overnight! How Coconut Oil & Apple Cider Vinegar Can Help You Lose Weight!”
Ok, well that last one is a bit of a stretch. But you have probably seen the headlines from countless social media posts, Pinterest HCG diet recipes, and articles touting the health benefits of apple cider vinegar and coconut oil, both in everything from diet to skin care to cleaning your kitchen counters.
Let’s see what all the fuss is about when it comes to weight loss with these two ‘miracle’ foods…
Apple cider vinegar (ACV), especially unfiltered and raw, has been shown to stimulate digestion, reducing the amount of time fat stays in the digestive tract.
This can potentially aid in weight loss by ushering fat out and at the same time helping in the absorption of key nutrients such as potassium and magnesium.
This is a great benefit as most popular diet programs focuses heavily on reducing or eliminating sugar intake to reverse diabetes.
ACV, even in small doses, can help with this by adding a small amount of water at bedtime or even as an ingredient in homemade dressings.
Coconut Oil – Fuel for the Furnace
Some diet gurus have declared that ALL oils are something to avoid while trying to lose weight and while true that many oils can add unnecessary saturated fats to your diet.
Coconut oils are proving to be an exception to the rule. One study even showed a small reduction in abdominal fat in women when using coconut oil. Take THAT, gurus!
Coconut oil is made up of MCT (medium chain triglycerides) which are fatty acids of medium length, and they metabolize differently in our bodies than other oils.
MCT is sent immediately to the liver and used for quick energy which in some studies has been shown to help increase calorie burn over 24 hours by 5%.
Coconut oil has also increased HDL (good cholesterol) in small studies which can boost heart health. Cholesterol synthesis overall decreased when subject ingested small amounts of coconut oil daily.
Coconut oil has also been reported to help subjects feel fuller longer which can lead to reduced hunger.
ACV & Coconut Oil…How Do They Fit in the HCG Program?
Most conventional HCG protocols, including the original from Dr. Simeons, prohibited oils entirely and allowed only plain white vinegar as a condiment for vegetables and salads. But our unique plan incorporates both in small amounts.
Coconut oil can be used for sautéing vegetables to add some much-needed flavor, and apple cider vinegar can be helpful in making raw greens softer to eat.
It can also reduce the bloating that can come with an increase in fibrous vegetables.
No matter what weight loss program you may be considering, don’t shy away from either coconut oil or ACV in small amounts. It could use one of many sound nutritional weapons in your fight to slim down and get healthy
